Progressive Self-Regulation

In this test, the pendulum will move from side to side without moving your hand or arm.

I will count from 1 to 7. On the count of 7, the pendulum will start moving from side to side. If pendulum sways achieve at least 5 inches before the count of 7, you may stop the test giving yourself maximum points.

• 7 points - the length of pendulum sways was about 5" before the count of 7;
• 5 points - the length of pendulum sways was about 5" on the count of 7;
• 2 points - the pendulum moved just slightly;
• 0 points - the pendulum did not move at all.
